In November 2021, the Government amended the COVID-19 Response (Requirements for Entities – Modifications and Exemptions) Act 2020 to support entities to operate effectively through COVID-19.

Entities will be listed on this page when they have chosen to use sections 13-21 of the Act, which enable entities to make temporary modifications to the requirements in their constitutions or rules where reasonably necessary. Entities can rely on this exemption until 30 October 2022. In accordance with our responsibility under section 22 of the Act, notices will be published on this page to support transparency to entities’ members and beneficiaries of the use of the provisions.
