The Ngāti Ruapani mai Waikaremoana Negotiation Group seek the mandate to represent Ngāti Ruapani mai Waikaremoana in Treaty settlement negotiations with the Crown.

The mandate sought is to negotiate all Ngāti Ruapani mai Waikaremoana historical Treaty of Waitangi claims whether registered or unregistered that arise from Crown actions and omissions that occurred prior to 21 September 1992.
Voting on the mandate begins on Sunday 9 December and closes on Saturday 15 December. Those who cannot attend the mandate hui are able to send letters of support/opposition to the Manager, Te Rawhiti Team, Office of Treaty Settlements, SX 10111, WELLINGTON; or to OTS_Subs@justice.govt.nz and be received by 15 December 2018.
All correspondence will be subject to the Official Information Act 1982 and shared with the Ngāti Ruapani mai Waikaremoana Negotiation Group.
