Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust is an entity established to seek a mandate from the Ngāti Rangitihi people to represent them in negotiations with the Crown for reaching a settlement of all Ngāti Rangitihi historical Treaty grievances.

Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust’s mandate strategy sets out a proposed representative structure and outlines Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust’s process for going about seeking a mandate from the Ngāti Rangitihi people. The mandate strategy document is available to view here, as well as on Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust’s website, to give Ngāti Rangitihi the opportunity to review it and provide feedback.

This opportunity will be available for a 3 week period. Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust’s call for feedback will close on Tuesday 11 June 2013. The Crown strongly encourages Ngāti Rangitihi to participate in this online feedback opportunity by sending comment to OTS_Subs@justice.govt.nz

All feedback received will be shared and discussed between the Crown and Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust at the end of the 3 week period.”
