In November 2021, the Government amended the COVID-19 Response (Requirements for Entities – Modifications and Exemptions) Act 2020 to support entities to operate effectively through COVID-19 until 30 April 2022.
The operational period for these sections has been extended by Order in Council up until 30 October 2022.

The entities listed on this page chose to use sections 10-12 of the Act, in the initial period from 21 March 2020 to 31 March 2022, to use electronic means to do certain matters where constitutions do not, or may not, allow this.
